Meet Ada, a young Salvadorian immigrant who has turned her dreams into reality by launching a family-centered cleaning business. Arriving in a new country with little more than a vision and determination, Ada faced numerous challenges. Working in various jobs, such as car washing and dry cleaning, did not bring home enough income for her family. She knew she was sacrificing her family with sleepless nights and malnutrition working back-to-back jobs and keeping up with motherhood.
While working for other cleaning companies, Ada was able to learn many traits and abilities for a successful service. With the support of her husband Jorge and family, she built a successful enterprise that not only thrives but also strengthens familial bonds.
From the very beginning, Ada knew that her business would be more than just a way to earn a living. She wanted to create a space where family and community could come together, so she involved her relatives in every step. By providing job opportunities to her family members, she fostered a collaborative environment where everyone could contribute and grow.
In 2009 after a lot of hard work, Ada and her husband launched the beginning of Leszly’s Cleaning Services, a company named after their eldest daughter. Leszly’s Cleaning Service operates with a focus on empowerment and support. She emphasizes the importance of teamwork, ensuring that each member of her family is integral to the business’s success. This approach has not only helped her business flourish but has also reinforced the values of trust and cooperation within her family.
With a commitment to quality and a personal touch, Ada’s company quickly gained a loyal clientele. She offers tailored services that specifically cater to the needs of her customers, always going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. As the company gained momentum Jorge was out of town for business too often. This year Ada and her husband decided it would be best for her to take complete control to ensure complete focus on clients and staff. Ada turned Leszly’s Cleaning into a Limited Liability Company to maintain the trust and values.
